In 2005, in order to waterproof insulation of lobby, terrace and Parking roof of Milad tower, after long studies, the employer and project consultants chose Polyurea for this project. Given the complexity of the structures and the fact that during the operation, multiple holes had arisen on the surface and the insulated surface was a combination of concrete, Polyurethane foam and galvanized sheet. Besides, a long shelf life was expected for this insulation. The only spray coating option available that allows you to apply the coating from different angles and have a proper adhesion to the substrate was Polyurea.
Contractor of the project, Yademan Sazeh Company, between foreign and domestic Polyurea Coating suppliers, selected Bajak Company. During the operation, more than 8,000 square meters different surfaces was covered in less than no time. Because the project was done in the cold season, outstanding properties of Polyurea Coatings (73550 Bajaurea) has helped the contractor during applying the paints outdoors and it did not stopped even at the height of 300 meters.
