based on board of minister’s consultation dated July 27, 1997, with ministry of economy’ s proposition and Board of Examination approval concerning attract foreign investment and with reference to supporting and attracting foreign investment amendment, join venture agreement between Hempel Co and Bajak paint Co had been granted. In years of cooperation with Hempel Co, Bajak gain executive and technical knowhow and was able to localize manufacturing technologies.
Bajak was certified in ISO 9001 and 14001 management systems by DNV certification body and certified ISO 17025 from institude of standard and industrial research.
after ending cooperation with hempel, Bajak establish collaboration agreement with KCC korea which continues up to this date.
powder coating production line was received outstanding welcome from customers at the beginning. And it is now able to manufacture different kind of powder coating and metallic form using metal bonding manufacturing.
in 2007, Bajak have acquisition process on jarf alvan keyhan Co resulting in twofold laboratory and manufacturing line expansion.

Bajak company will be 29 years old in 2021. Usually 25 to 35 age in people associated with the era of creativity and prosperity. Bajak is also in the era of creativity and prosperity in this year.
Over the years until now, according to facts and figures, Bajak’s production, sales rate and number of employees has always been increasing. We also increase our products in Iran paint market every year (like polyurethane, epoxy, different kinds of sealers, lacquers and thinners).
Receiving domestic and international certifications, has made Bajak and its products exclusive on various markets. According to progress rate over the past 21 years which had a lot of ups and downs for Bajak and if production continues in relatively normal rate and with a strong cooperation with research and development group in company we anticipate that, the tonnage of the products and consequently its sales rate will be several times as much in the future which may contain different new technologies associated with polyurethane, epoxy, lacquers and thinners production.
For this purpose, Bajak is considering using more of nanomaterials formulas that create special properties in the paint film. Using this technology will bring many advantages including the reduction of consumption per unit area on epoxy polyurethane, acrylic bodings, being more durable with less pollution. In order to achieve above mentioned goals, newer machines with high efficiency will be replaced with all machines in production line, and we will use automation system for higher speed and efficiency.
