Cooperation with scientific research institutes in mutual projects
Bajak Company often has short and medium term cooperative research contracts with Polymer Engineering professors and students at Amir Kabir University and experts in the Research Institute of paint Science and Technology and does research activities of the institutions experts in its own research and development laboratory.
Training students with related field of studies
Annually, Bajak Company accepts a number of paint and polymer students from prestigious universities as an intern or temporary colleagues in development and research unit. It is noteworthy that the most talented students, after graduation, will be employed in Bajak Company.
Group Visits from production floors and laboratories of the company
In order to learn more of production (epoxy, polyurethane, polyuria, powder, different kinds of lacquers and resins), lab and research facilities, the company’s doors are always open to customers and visitors will find out about production and research methods in Bajak.
