Persian Gulf Star Refinery

Bajak Paint Company was in charge of providing storage tanks paints for Persian Gulf Star Bandar Abbas oil refinery, which had been done in 2011-2013 with participating of Steam – Radira containing about 26 fixed and floating roof oil tanks which is designed for products such as MTBE, ISO Merate, S.R Naphtha, Gasoil. For the outer surfaces of the tanks we used the system of Bajapox zinc Zinc Rich Epoxy paint with a thickness of 75 microns, polyamide Bajapox Hi-Build Epoxy paint with a thickness of 150 microns and polyurethane Bajathane topcoat paint with a thickness of 50 microns. For inside the tanks 3 layers of Bajapox Phenolic phenolic epoxy paint each layer with a thickness of 150 microns was used.
