Pipe coatings
All steel pipes that are used to carry water, gas, crude oil and other petroleum and petrochemical products, need to be covered for prolonging the service life, corrosion protection as well as increased efficiency by reducing fluid friction in pipes.
Pipe coatings are divided into two groups of internal and external pipe coatings. For external coatings appropriate paint systems are recommended according to the location (on the ground or buried).
