Using pre-painted sheets, has had an important place in various industries for several decades. Physical-mechanical properties of Coil coatings, whether aluminum or galvanized, allows us to first paint the sheets and then use them in form of Pre-painted sheets or coils in various industries. These sheets have the ability to deform, such as cutting, bending and stretching. And during the process, their adhesion to the substrate are maintained. In addition, these coatings have excellent weather resistance and are suitable for structures that are exposed to sunlight and various weather conditions (humid, deserts, cities).
These coatings are applied on sheets using roller painting technique, in three layers of primer, Topcoat and Back coat. Using roller painting technique is a great help to preserve the environment because loss factor is almost zero. Sheets pass degreasing, chromate (or phosphates) and drying process and then a layer of primer and back coat is applied on them. Then the sheets are back in the oven. All these steps are carried out within a few minutes. Since 2007, Bajak company using the technical knowledge of its commercial foreign partners, tended to produce polyester coil coatings. Because of increasing demand and the company’s policy to produce new products of the world, the company decided to design and produce PVDF and FEVE-based coil coatings which has a very high weather resistance with the shelf life of over 15 years.
These products are supplied with the trade name of Bajacoil in different shades according to customer’s order (Shades ranging from metallic, semi-gloss and gloss).
