Based on chemical composition of raw materials using in coating industry, lack of attentions during Coating (like epoxy, polyurethane, polyuria, powder) implementation and manufacture phase might cause environmental pollution. Regarding to fact, in order to alleviate environmental pollution, Bajak paint company advanced to certify on ISO 14001 associated with environmental management system and in order to controlling manufacturing and inventory process as of accepting the costs associated with it, Bajak process to design, implement and produce purification, scraper and ventilation systems in factory resulting in outbound pollution mitigation on air, soil and water basis and conforming to Environmental organization standards. In order to mitigate environmental pollution effects, Bajak follow cutting solvents, with increasing the solvent free products (epoxy, polyurethane, polyuria, powder), decrease the usage of solvents with increasing volume solid of products and replacing product containing toxic ingredients (like tin, syringe) with new product comprising no toxic substances.

Since 2009, Bajak company tended to obtain and implement its policy to reduce environmental pollutants resulting from paints. In this regard, Bajak put the production of high solid coatings (epoxy, polyurethane, polyuria, acrylic) on the agenda instead of conventional paints. For example, replacing Bajapox mastic with conventional epoxy paints. The volume of saved solvent because of this replacement during the last few years, is in the chart below, which shows the effectiveness of this strategy to preserve the environment.

Bajak since 2005 has also produced and supplied Bajapox SF 73527 which is a solvent-free epoxy paint and replaced it with conventional epoxy paints for coating inside the tubes. In the chart below, the volume of saved solvent by replacing it with an epoxy paint with solid volume of 60%, is given.
